BUILDING THE NEXT GENERATION MINING INVESTMENT AND OPERATING PLATFORM
Titan Earth Resources Holdings, Inc. is an integrated mining investment, tenement exchange, and mine operating platform designed to connect mineral asset owners, strategic investors, financiers, technical partners, processors, and offtakers through a professionally managed mining development ecosystem.
TERHI provides a structured pathway for transforming idle, undercapitalized, early-stage, or emerging mining assets into investment-ready, compliant, and operationally viable mineral projects.
Titan Earth Resources Holdings Inc. (TERHI) is envisioned as an integrated mineral asset development, mining investment, tenement exchange, and mine operating enterprise designed to unlock underdeveloped mineral value in the Philippines through a disciplined, transparent, and professionally managed business model.
The Company is founded on a central premise: the Philippines holds significant mineral opportunity, but much of this opportunity remains commercially constrained by the gap between those who control mineral rights and those who can provide capital, technical expertise, compliance systems, and operating capability.

TERHI is designed to become the institutional connector between mineral assets and responsible capital. It will identify, validate, organize, structure, finance, develop, and operate mining opportunities under a platform model that goes beyond ordinary brokerage. Its role is not merely to introduce tenement holders to investors. Its deeper role is to professionalize the pathway from mineral right or asset interest to investment-ready project and, ultimately, to responsible mining operation.
Government and industry materials frequently cite that the Philippines has approximately 30 million hectares of total land area, of which about 9 million hectares are considered to have high mineral potential. This means that roughly 30% of the country’s land area may be prospective for mineral resources. This resource base creates a large theoretical opportunity for exploration, mine development, mineral processing, industrial supply, export generation, and regional economic growth (Mines and Geosciences Bureau, 2023).
Recent mining-sector data show that the Philippine mining industry already has a measurable economic footprint. In 2024, MGB-cited figures reported 60 operating metallic mines and 61 operating non-metallic mines in the country. The same reporting indicates that the mining industry employed around 291,672 workers, produced a gross production value of approximately PHP 316.29 billion, and generated mineral exports of almost USD 7.38 billion in 2024 (Chambers and Partners, 2026).
However, the same data also show that the sector remains relatively small compared with the country’s mineral potential and wider economy. MGB-cited statistics place mining’s contribution to Philippine gross domestic product at only around 0.51% in 2024 (Chambers and Partners, 2026). This indicates that while mining is already economically relevant, its actual economic contribution remains limited relative to the scale of the country’s mineral-resource base.

Titan Earth Resources Holdings Inc. was established to respond to a major structural challenge in the mining industry: many mineral tenement holders possess promising mining assets but lack access to capital, technical capability, regulatory management, and professional operating systems. At the same time, investors and strategic partners are seeking legitimate, documented, and professionally managed mining opportunities that can be evaluated with confidence.
TERHI addresses this gap by serving as a mining development platform that brings together mineral rights, capital, technical capability, operational governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial market access. The company creates value by organizing mining projects into bankable, structured, and executable ventures.
TERHI operates at the intersection of mining investment, project development, and operational management. The company identifies mineral opportunities, validates tenement and project documentation, structures investment participation, supports mine development, and may operate or co-manage mining projects on behalf of investors, tenement owners, and strategic partners.
Its business model allows mining assets to be professionally packaged and advanced through a disciplined development pathway, from initial project screening to commercial production.

TITAN EARTH’S mission is to identify, validate, structure, finance, develop, and operate mineral opportunities in the Philippines by bridging the gap between tenement holders requiring capital and development capability, and investors requiring legitimate, documented, compliant, and professionally managed mining projects.
